I would like to examine the effects of social media on sustainability. Social media, which is such a powerful tool, affects both negatively and positively on the concept of sustainability, which we often talk about today.
In this paper, I tried to explain the freedom of association and assembly, which is the Article 11 of the European convention on Human Rights. In doing so, I tried to determine the characteristics of the right through precedent cases.
