In this paper, I tried to explain the freedom of association and assembly, which is the Article 11 of the European convention on Human Rights. In doing so, I tried to determine the characteristics of the right through precedent cases.
Due to the centrality of the theme in the Italian political scene, it is interesting to face some shades and critics of legal status of citizen in my country.
