Tackling forced labour and modern slavery in Europe

The present dissertation begins with stating how modern slavery is nowadays considered a problem in the international community. The objective to fight those various practices has been set, but with no clear delimitations or responsibilities.

SDWatch.eu is an independent, non-profit and student-led project initiated and managed by students and alumni of the LL.M in Sustainable Development at the University of Milan. It is supported by the Department of Italian and Supranational Public Law of the University.
