A labeling policy to reduce food consumption impact on the environment
Given the fact that livestock products consumption is one of the leading causes –if not the most relevant– of pollution on our planet, the aim of this article is to propose an innovative labeling policy in order to encourage consumers toward the adoption of a more environmentally concerned diet.
